Privacy policy
Last revised 27 August 2026
We collect very little: what you write in the form yourself, and the ordinary record a server keeps of a visit. Below is what exactly, what for, how long it is kept and how to have it deleted.
01
Who processes the data
The operator of the personal data is Adtonic, referred to below as "we".
This policy is written to Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data" and applies to everything we receive through this site — the Russian and the English version alike.
02
What we receive
Through the enquiry form, only what you enter yourself:
- your name
- your e-mail address
- the message, if you wrote one
- the kinds of work you ticked
Beyond that, the server keeps the record every web server keeps of a request: the IP address, the date and time, the address of the page, the browser and the operating system. It is technical information, and it is what keeps the site running and holds off automated traffic.
We do not ask for documents, payment details or precise location, and we collect no special categories of personal data.
03
What we use it for
What comes in through the form is used to answer the enquiry, discuss the work and carry on the correspondence about it. Nothing else: we run no mailing list, we build no advertising audiences from it, and we sell it to nobody.
The server's own record is used to find errors, watch the load and hold off automated traffic.
04
On what grounds
On your consent. You give it by ticking the box under the form and sending the enquiry: without the tick the form does not send.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time, in a single e-mail — how, is under your rights below.
05
Who we pass it to
Nobody — except where the law requires it of us.
Inside the studio, enquiries are open to the people working on them and to no one else.
06
Where it is kept, and for how long
The site and its data are held on a server located in the Russian Federation.
An enquiry is kept while the work on it is going on, and no longer than three years from your last message — or until you ask for it to be deleted. The server's records are kept no longer than twelve months.
07
Cookies and third parties
The site runs no analytics counter and uses no cookies for tracking. No analytics or advertising cookies are set here.
One exception is worth naming plainly: the photographs on these pages are loaded from somebody else's image storage — Unsplash. Your browser fetches them directly, so their servers see your IP address and the fact of the request. The fonts, the video and everything else are served from our own machine.
08
Your rights
You can ask what data of yours we hold, require it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent to it being processed.
An e-mail is enough — the address is at the foot of this page. We answer within thirty days. Deletion means deletion: the enquiry and what belongs to it leave our systems.
09
How we keep it safe
Access to enquiries is limited and password-protected, the server is kept updated, and nothing is held longer than it is needed.
Nobody's defences are absolute, which is why the measure that matters most here is a different one: we collect very little to begin with.
10
Changes to this policy
If anything about the way we handle data changes, we will update this page and put a new revision date on it — it sits at the top, beside the heading.
We do not announce changes separately, so it is worth opening this page again before sending an enquiry.
