Atelier 23

A menswear tailor

2025–2026

Clients for a premium tailoring house

A Moscow tailor working in classic menswear: Italian cloth, a bespoke process, a suit from ₽150,000. The brief was to bring in new clients over three winter months — without trading the brand away for cheap traffic.

The brief

The audience for a house like this is narrow by definition: someone prepared to wait weeks for a suit and pay six figures for it searches differently from someone buying a jacket off the rail.

So the question was never the volume of the traffic but its composition — and whether the site carries that person as far as an enquiry.

What we did

01

Built the segments around the occasion

Bespoke tailoring queries, competitors, cloth houses and interests — four different ways into the brand, each with its own advertisement. Yandex Search and its ad network were the tools.

02

Filtered the audience by means

Targeting ran only on the above-average income segment: at an order value of ₽150,000 a cheap click costs more here than no click at all.

03

Repaired the site as we went

Several sections of the site were bringing in nothing. We corrected those ourselves and handed over recommendations for the further edits and for the marketing strategy.
