A countryside hotel

2024–2025

A brand and bookings for a new hotel

A countryside hotel in the Leningrad region came to us to run its social channels. The project had no strategy, no brand book and no content — so the work began with what social channels are actually made of.

The brief

Running the channels of a hotel with no visual language means inventing one afresh every month. First we had to settle what the brand looks like and what it talks about.

Alongside that, the paid channels and the booking platforms had to be stood up — from analytics on the website to the OTA accounts.

What we did

01

Built the strategy and presented it

We put together a marketing concept for the hotel from nothing and agreed it with the client before any work began.

02

Made the brand book and the year's sprint

We fixed the visual identity and laid the year out in quarters, with the key lines of work for each.

03

Dressed the profiles

Instagram, Telegram and VK were given one visual language and one body of content: the accounts stopped looking like three different hotels.

04

Ran a photo and video shoot

The material from the shoot is used on the website, on social and in the advertising — one production covered three channels at once.

05

Put analytics on the website

We tagged the main stages of a booking, so that what we see is not visits but a guest's path to a confirmed stay.

06

Opened the OTA accounts

Yandex Travel, Avito, OneTwoTrip, Sutochno, Mir Turbaz, Kurortix, Ostrovok and Bronevik are prepared for listing; the launch is held back by the booking system integration on the client's side.
