A countryside hotel
2025–2026
Opening a countryside hotel from nothing
A hotel in the Leningrad region opening from nothing: no social channels, no content, no brand book, no booking history. We were assembling the brand and the sales channel at the same time as the hotel itself was opening.

The brief
A new countryside property has no reviews, no recognition and no audience behind it — a guest has nothing to lean on in choosing it. The first months of a project like this are the hardest and the most expensive.
We had to give the brand a face on social and stand up the paid channels at once, so that the first season could already be counted in enquiries rather than impressions.
What we did
01
Created the channels and the strategy
We built a marketing strategy around the property's location and its season, and set up the Instagram, Telegram and VK profiles from nothing.
02
Introduced the identity and the tone of voice
We dressed the accounts, wrote down how the brand speaks and filled the feeds with content before any paid traffic began.
03
Arranged the production
We ran shoots on site. The photographs live in the content and in the advertising on every platform, so the brand looks the same everywhere.
04
Set up analytics before the advertising
We connected Yandex Metrica and tagged every stage of a booking as a goal, the on-site module included: without that there would have been nothing to optimise against.
05
Launched Yandex Direct and the maps
The weight went on Search and the ad network against specific and competitor queries, plus points on Yandex Maps and 2GIS, created from nothing and updated regularly.
06
Connected the OTAs and paid social
Sutochno and Avito — listings filled out, advertising running and a price calendar in place. Alongside the start of the social work came promotion of the posts and of the VK community.
